Clean and Jerks!

I really really really like power cleans. I really do! Putting that bar over head, on the other hand..... Well, it's like double unders and handstand push-ups: I'm working on 'em..

That being said, I tweaked my shoulder on the last set of the lift portion of the clean and jerks, so instead of implementing them in the AMRAP, i swapped them out for power cleans!


Clean and Jerk
3-3-3-3-3

THEN

8 min AMRAP of:
5 Power Clean (70% of the max today)
10 Box Jumps 25"

2 mins on, 1 min rest.


These are the reasons I get nervous going overhead with the weights
(I do like how the announcer states that it was "no lift". ha ha!)
