Mainsite Full of Squats

It was a Mainsite kind of day today

Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1
Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1
Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1*

*Try to increase load EVERY lift

 This thrashed my legs and hip flexors... but I PR'd on all three!
